Maryanne Corraya (she/her) is an undergraduate student at Rutgers University-Newark majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Cognitive Neuroscience. Her research interests are mainly focused around neural pathways involved in emotion regulation during social interactions. She is also very interested in learning the comparison of face-to-face and digital communication on social brain networks, as well as studies on universal vs. culture-specific social behaviors. She plans on completing her Masters in Neuroscience after attaining her Bachelors.
